You cannot legitimately find someone else’s Gmail password.
If you forgot your own Gmail password, use Google Account Recovery.
Go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
Enter your Gmail address.
Follow the verification steps.
Use your recovery phone number or recovery email if available.
Answer security prompts if asked.
Reset the password after verification.
If you are already signed in on a device, check saved passwords in your browser or password manager.
In Chrome, open Password Manager and search for your Gmail account.
In Android or iPhone password managers, look for the saved Google account password.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change the password immediately.
Turn on 2-Step Verification after recovering the account.
