Install a BitTorrent client such as qBittorrent, Transmission, or Deluge
Download the .torrent file or copy the magnet link
Open the BitTorrent client
Add the .torrent file using the client’s Open, Add Torrent, or File menu
Paste the magnet link into the client if you have one instead of a .torrent file
Choose the download location if prompted
Confirm and start the torrent
Wait for the file to finish downloading
Open the downloaded file from the save location
