Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot to Pictures > Screenshots
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select a screen area
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to capture a screenshot
Use the Snip & Sketch shortcut Windows + Shift + S on supported versions
Press Fn + PrtScn on some laptops if PrtScn requires the Fn key
Use the Xbox Game Bar shortcut Windows + G and capture with the screenshot button
Paste clipboard screenshots into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
Save the screenshot from the app after pasting it
