Open the FaceTime app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Sign in with your Apple ID if needed
Make sure FaceTime is turned on in Settings
Tap or click the New FaceTime button
Enter the contact name, phone number, or email address
Choose Audio or Video
Tap or click the FaceTime button to start the call
To answer a FaceTime call, tap or click Accept
To end the call, tap or click the End button
