Back up your important files
Plug in the charger
Turn off the laptop
Turn on the laptop
Press and hold the 0 key while powering on
Release the 0 key when the recovery screen appears
Select your language and keyboard layout if prompted
Choose Troubleshoot
Choose Reset your PC or Toshiba Recovery Wizard
Select Remove everything
Follow the on-screen instructions
Confirm the reset
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up the laptop after it restarts
