Back up any files you want to keep
Sign out of your Chromebook
Press and hold Esc + Refresh, then press Power
When the recovery screen appears, release the keys
If prompted, select Powerwash or Factory reset
Confirm the reset
Follow the on-screen setup steps after the Chromebook restarts
If the Chromebook is managed by a school or work account, contact the administrator before resetting
