Check the recommended tire pressure on the driver-side door placard or owner’s manual
Remove the valve stem cap from the tire
Press the air chuck onto the valve stem
Add air in short bursts
Check the pressure with a tire gauge
Repeat until the tire reaches the recommended pressure
Remove the air chuck
Replace the valve stem cap
Repeat for each tire
Recheck tire pressure when the tires are cold
