Open the Messages app
Tap the conversation you want to check
Look for a “Blocked Contact” or “Blocked” notice in the thread
Go to Settings
Tap Messages
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review the list of blocked numbers and contacts
Go to Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review blocked phone numbers
Go to Settings
Tap FaceTime
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review blocked FaceTime contacts
Check if messages from blocked contacts are missing from the main inbox
Unblock a contact if you want to receive messages from them again
