Wash your hands first

Apply a small drop of mild dish soap to each lens
Gently rub the lenses, frames, nose pads, and temples with your fingers
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Shake off excess water
Dry with a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth
Use a microfiber cloth to remove any remaining smudges
Avoid paper towels, tissues, clothing, and rough fabrics
Avoid hot water
Avoid household cleaners, ammonia, bleach, and vinegar
Store glasses in a hard case when not in use
Clean the microfiber cloth regularly
Use lens cleaner only if approved for your lens coating
