File the shiny top layer of the dip powder
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place the soaked cotton on each nail
Wrap each fingertip tightly with aluminum foil
Wait 10 to 15 minutes
Check one nail and gently push off softened product with a cuticle pusher
Rewrap and soak longer if needed
Buff away remaining residue
Wash hands and apply cuticle oil or moisturizer
