Use Google Account Recovery: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
Open Gmail app or Google app and tap Forgot password?
Reset the password using your recovery phone number or email
Check saved passwords on your phone’s password manager
On Android, open Settings > Google > Password Manager
On iPhone, open Settings > Passwords
If you’re already signed in, change the password in your Google Account security settings
Enable two-step verification after resetting the password
Contact Google Support if recovery options do not work
