Swipe up on the Apple Watch to open Control Center
Tap the iPhone ping button
Wait for the iPhone to play a sound and flash if it is nearby
Press and hold the iPhone ping button to make the iPhone flash its flashlight
Make sure the Apple Watch and iPhone are connected to the same Apple ID and nearby for best results
