Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Change Password
Follow the on-screen steps to reset your Apple Account password
Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple Account email address
Follow the prompts to reset your password
Open System Settings on your Mac
Click your name
Click Sign-In & Security
Click Change Password
Follow the on-screen steps
Check your saved passwords in iCloud Keychain
Open Settings
Tap Passwords
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode
Search for Apple or Apple Account
Check a trusted device where you are already signed in
Use that device to change your password if needed
If you forgot your device passcode, reset the device passcode first
If you cannot access your account, use Apple Account recovery at iforgot.apple.com
