Ask your parent or guardian to enter the Screen Time passcode for you
If they forgot it, have them reset it using their Apple ID
Check whether you are using a Family Sharing account and ask the family organizer
Look for the passcode in a password manager if your parent saved it there
Ask the person who set up the device to help you change or remove the Screen Time settings
If the device is managed by a school or organization, contact the administrator
Use Apple’s official Screen Time passcode reset process with the account owner
Contact Apple Support if the account owner cannot reset it
