Tighten all hinge screws with a screwdriver
Replace stripped screws with longer screws
Fill stripped screw holes with wood glue and wooden toothpicks
Reinsert screws after the filler dries
Remove the hinge and realign it if the door is sagging
Shim the hinge with cardboard or thin wood if needed
Replace bent or damaged hinge pins
Lubricate the hinge with oil or silicone spray
Replace rusted or broken hinges
