Check that the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the PS5 and the TV or monitor
Try a different HDMI cable
Try a different HDMI port on the TV or monitor
Power off the PS5 completely and unplug it for a few minutes
Restart the TV or monitor
Turn on the TV or monitor before turning on the PS5
Boot the PS5 into Safe Mode and change the video output settings
Set the PS5 video output to a lower resolution
Disable HDR and 120Hz output if enabled
Test the PS5 with another TV or monitor
Inspect the HDMI port on the PS5 for bent pins, dust, or damage
Clean the HDMI port carefully with compressed air
Avoid moving the console while the HDMI cable is connected
Use a high-quality certified HDMI cable
Update the PS5 system software if video output is available
Rebuild the PS5 database in Safe Mode
Reset the PS5 video settings in Safe Mode
If the HDMI port is loose or physically damaged, contact Sony support or a repair technician
If the console was recently dropped or the port is broken, schedule a professional repair
