Press the Shift key five times to turn Sticky Keys off
Open Settings
Go to Accessibility
Select Keyboard
Turn off Sticky Keys
Turn off Filter Keys if enabled
Check the keyboard for stuck keys or debris
Clean the keyboard gently
Unplug and reconnect the keyboard
Restart the computer
Update or reinstall keyboard drivers
Test with another keyboard
Check for hardware damage
Disable Sticky Keys from the Control Panel if needed
Restore default keyboard settings
