Progress through the main story until you complete the required flying lesson quest
Unlock the broom by finishing the assigned quest from the Flying Class storyline
Open the gear menu and equip a broom if needed
Exit Hogwarts or any area that allows broom use
Press the mount broom button when prompted
Use the movement controls to steer while airborne
Hold the sprint button to increase broom speed
Use the ascend and descend controls to change altitude
Dismount the broom when you land or when flying is not allowed
Unlock and use a Hippogriff or Thestral only after obtaining the relevant quest reward or Deluxe content
Use the mount button near the flying mount to take off
Follow the same movement, speed, and altitude controls while riding a flying mount
