Start with a rectangular sheet of paper
Fold it in half lengthwise
Unfold it
Fold one long edge to the center crease
Fold the other long edge to the center crease
Fold the paper in half along the center crease
Fold one corner diagonally to form a triangle
Continue folding the triangle over itself along the strip
Keep folding until you reach the end of the paper
Tuck the final flap into the fold to secure it
