Execute the trust deed on non-judicial stamp paper as per the applicable state stamp duty

Get the trust deed notarized, if required

Register the trust deed with the local Sub-Registrar or Registrar of Assurances, if registration is required

Pay the applicable registration fee

Obtain the trust registration certificate or registered deed copy

Apply for PAN of the trust

Open a bank account in the name of the trust
