Back up your data
Remove your SIM card and SD card if needed
Charge your phone fully
Open Settings
Go to System or General management
Select Reset or Reset options
Tap Factory data reset
Review the warning message
Confirm the reset
Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Wait for the phone to erase and restart
Set up the phone again after reboot
