Open the text message thread
Press and hold the message you want to forward
Tap Forward
Enter the recipient’s name or phone number
Tap Send
On iPhone, tap and hold the message, then tap More, then Forward
On Android, tap and hold the message, then tap the Forward icon or Share option
Select the contact or contacts you want to send it to
Tap Send or the checkmark to confirm
If forwarding multiple messages, select each message before tapping Forward
If the Forward option is not available, copy the message and paste it into a new text message
