Build the corner with the required number of studs for drywall backing

Add blocking or backing between studs if needed for drywall or sheathing support
Check the corner for square, plumb, and straightness
Secure the framing with the required fasteners at all connections
Install any needed headers, trimmers, or additional framing members nearby
Recheck measurements before covering the framing
