Delete unwanted photos and videos from iCloud Photos
Remove duplicate photos and large video files
Empty the Recently Deleted album
Delete old iCloud backups for devices you no longer use
Reduce the size of your current device backup by turning off backup for unnecessary apps
Delete files from iCloud Drive that you no longer need
Remove large attachments from Mail if you use iCloud Mail
Delete old messages and attachments from Messages in iCloud
Clear data from apps that store documents in iCloud
Turn off iCloud sync for apps you do not want using storage
Check iCloud storage usage in Settings and remove the largest items first
Download important files to your device or another storage service before deleting them from iCloud
