Click the row below the row you want to freeze
Go to the View tab
Click Freeze Panes
Select Freeze Panes
To freeze the top row only, go to View
Click Freeze Panes
Select Freeze Top Row
To unfreeze rows, go to View
Click Freeze Panes
Select Unfreeze Panes
