Open your Google Sheets file
Click the row number below the row you want to freeze
Go to View
Select Freeze
Choose 1 row, 2 rows, or Up to current row
To freeze multiple rows, select the row below the last row you want frozen
On mobile, open the sheet and use the menu to find Freeze options if available
To unfreeze, go to View
Select Freeze
Choose No rows
