Log in to your Steam account on the computer you want to share from
Open Steam
Click Steam in the top-left corner
Click Settings
Click Family
Turn on Authorize Library Sharing on this computer
Select the user accounts on the same computer you want to share your library with
Make sure the other person logs into Steam on the same computer at least once
Have the other person log into their own Steam account on their own device
They can now access your shared library when your account is not using it
Only one person can use a shared library at a time
Some games cannot be shared due to publisher restrictions
