Log in using your customer ID, username, and password
Go to the Debit Card or ATM Card services section
Select the option for ATM PIN generation or Green PIN
Enter your debit card details if prompted
Verify your registered mobile number with the OTP received
Set a new ATM PIN as instructed
Confirm the PIN generation request
Use the new PIN at a BOI ATM or any ATM for the first transaction if required
If online PIN generation is not available, use BOI ATM, net banking, or customer care support options
