Log in with your Jio number
Go to the menu or search for “Emergency Data Loan”
Check if the 1GB data loan option is available on your account
Select the 1GB loan option
Confirm the request
Use the borrowed data immediately
Repay the loan by recharging your Jio number later
If the option is not visible, contact Jio customer support through the MyJio app
