Choose the required date range
View the outgoing and incoming call details available
Download the statement if the option is available
Contact Jio customer care by dialing 198 or 199
Request call details for your number
Visit a Jio Store with valid ID proof
Ask for call history or call detail records for your number
Check your monthly bill if you are on a postpaid plan
Use the Jio website or self-care portal if call history is available there
