Check whether the App Store app is hidden or removed from the Home Screen
Swipe down on the Home Screen and search for App Store
Open the App Library and look for App Store
Check Screen Time restrictions
Go to Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases
Set Installing Apps to Allow
Check if the App Store is restricted by a device management profile
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap VPN & Device Management
Remove any profile that blocks the App Store if allowed
Reset the Home Screen layout
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
Tap Reset
Tap Reset Home Screen Layout
Update iOS to the latest version
Restart the device
Sign out of the Apple ID and sign back in
Go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap Sign Out
Sign back in
