Attach a safety pin to one end of the string
Feed the safety pin into one hoodie eyelet
Scrunch the fabric along the pin and push it through the hood channel
Keep guiding and pulling the pin out the other side
Remove the safety pin
Even out both string ends
If the string is lost inside, use a straw or a wire hanger to help guide it through
If needed, tape the string end to a chopstick or thin ruler and push it through
Prevent future loss by tying knots in the ends of the string
