Sign in with your Apple ID
Find the purchase you want refunded
Select Report a Problem
Choose Request a Refund
Pick the reason for the refund
Submit the request
Check your email for Apple’s response
If needed, contact Apple Support
If the purchase was made through the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, or Apple services, use Apple’s refund page
If the purchase was made through a third-party seller, contact that seller directly
