Download and install the VPN app
Open the VPN app
Sign in or create an account
Allow VPN permissions when prompted
Choose a server location
Tap Connect
Go to Settings on your iPhone
Tap VPN if needed
Turn on the VPN connection
Verify the VPN is connected in the status bar or VPN app
