Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen password reset steps
Verify your identity with trusted phone number or device
Use your recovery email if prompted
Reset the password on a trusted Apple device in Settings
Open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Password & Security
Tap Change Password
Follow the prompts to create a new password
If you cannot access trusted devices, use account recovery at iforgot.apple.com
If you still cannot reset it, contact Apple Support
