Prime your eyelids
Apply a neutral base shade over the lid
Place a dark shadow along the lash line
Blend the dark shadow upward into the crease
Add a medium shade above the dark color to soften the edges
Deepen the outer corner with a darker shade
Apply a lighter shade to the inner corner or brow bone
Line the upper and lower lash lines with eyeliner
Smudge the liner for a smoky effect
Apply mascara to the upper and lower lashes
Clean up any fallout with a brush or makeup wipe
