Open Snapchat and go to the Chat screen
Find the friend whose Snap Streak was lost
Send them a Snap, not a chat message
Ask them to send you a Snap back right away
Check whether the streak flame returns after both snaps are exchanged
If the streak did not return, open Snapchat Support
Go to the Snap Streaks help page
Fill out the “My Snapstreak disappeared” form
Enter your username, email, friend’s username, and streak details
Submit the request to Snapchat Support
Wait for a response from Snapchat
Make sure both accounts are active and not blocked
Keep sending at least one Snap every 24 hours to maintain the streak
