File off the top shiny layer with a coarse nail file
Soak cotton balls in pure acetone
Place the soaked cotton on each nail
Wrap each fingertip tightly with aluminum foil
Wait 10 to 15 minutes
Check one nail and gently push off softened dip with a cuticle pusher
Rewrap and soak longer if needed
Buff away remaining residue lightly
Wash hands and apply cuticle oil or moisturizer
Do not peel or force the dip off
