Press Search + Shift + Space to open the emoji picker
Click the emoji icon in the on-screen keyboard if available
Right-click in a text field and select Emoji if shown
Use the on-screen keyboard from Settings > Advanced > Accessibility > Manage accessibility features
Search for the emoji you want in the picker and click it to insert
