Be a U.S. citizen
Be at least 23 years old and under 37 at appointment
Hold a valid driver’s license
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Gain at least two years of professional work experience, or one year with an advanced degree
Maintain a clean background and strong moral character
Be physically fit and pass the FBI Physical Fitness Test
Be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States

Complete the online application
Pass the Phase I and Phase II testing process
Pass the background investigation and polygraph examination
Pass medical and drug screening
Complete FBI Academy training at Quantico
