Make sure cheats or commands are enabled
In Java Edition, use a command block or chat command to obtain it
In Bedrock Edition, invisible item frames are not available by default
Use a datapack, plugin, or mod if your version does not support the command
Place the item frame after obtaining it to keep it invisible
