Find Jungle Spores in the Underground Jungle and Cavern Jungle
Look for the glowing green spore plants hanging from ceilings or growing on walls
Break Jungle Spores with any weapon, pickaxe, or tool
Collect them as item drops after breaking the plants
Farm them by exploring more of the Underground Jungle
Use Spelunker Potions to spot them more easily
Use a Mining Potion or better mobility gear to search faster
Revisit Jungle areas after clearing enemies to gather more spores
Break large clusters whenever you find them for more spores
