Open the Spotify app or go to the Spotify website
Make sure you are signed in to your account
Check the Home tab for your Wrapped banner when it is available
Search for “Wrapped” in Spotify
Update the Spotify app if you do not see it
Ensure your app is on the latest version
Look for the Wrapped story, playlist, or summary in the app
Visit Spotify’s Wrapped page if prompted
Check your email for a Spotify Wrapped link if you opted in to marketing emails
Make sure you have enough listening history for Wrapped to be generated
Wait until Spotify releases Wrapped for the year if it is not yet available
