Log in to the Walmart OneWire or MyTime portal using your associate credentials
Go to the tax documents, payroll, or W-2 section
Download or print your W-2 form if it is available online
Check your mailing address in the system to make sure your paper W-2 was sent correctly
Contact your store’s People Lead or HR representative if you cannot access it online
Call Walmart Associate Support if you need help with login or tax document access
Wait for the W-2 to be mailed if it is not yet available online
Request a replacement W-2 from Walmart if you did not receive the original copy
Use the IRS Form 4852 if you cannot get your W-2 from Walmart in time for filing taxes
