File a police complaint or keep a copy of the loss report for your records
Visit the official NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL PAN services website
Choose the option for reprint of PAN card or duplicate PAN card
Enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and required personal details
Verify your identity using OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email
Submit the application form online
Upload the required documents if asked
Pay the applicable fee online
Save the acknowledgment number after submission
Track the application status using the acknowledgment number
Receive the duplicate PAN card at your registered address
If you do not remember your PAN number, use the PAN search or know your PAN option on the official portal
If your mobile number is not linked, apply through the offline process at a PAN service center with identity and address proof
