File the top coat gently with a nail file
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place the cotton balls on each nail
Wrap each fingertip with aluminum foil
Wait 10 to 15 minutes
Check if the polish has lifted
Gently push off the softened gel with a cuticle stick
Rewrap and soak again if needed
Buff away any remaining residue
Wash hands and apply cuticle oil or moisturizer
