Open the Messages app or Wallet app on your iPhone
Start a new message or open an existing conversation with the person
Tap the Apple Pay or Apps button in Messages
Enter the amount you want to send
Tap Pay
Review the payment details
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode
Wait for the payment to be sent
If needed, accept a request for money by opening the message and tapping Pay
Make sure Apple Cash is set up and your payment card is added to Wallet
Ensure both devices support Apple Pay and are signed in to iCloud
