Open the Cash App
Tap the profile icon
Select Linked Banks
Add your Apple Pay card if it is a supported debit card
Open Apple Wallet
Tap your Apple Cash card
Tap Transfer to Bank
Transfer the money to your linked bank account
Open Cash App
Tap Add Cash
Move the money from your bank account into Cash App
If needed, use your Cash App debit card to spend the funds directly
