How To Get Out Nail Polish Out Of Carpet?

Blot up any wet polish immediately with a paper towel; do not rub

Scrape off any dried excess with a dull knife or spoon

Test acetone or nail polish remover on a hidden carpet spot first

Dab the stain with a small amount of acetone or non-acetone remover using a clean white cloth

Blot from the outside of the stain toward the center

Repeat with fresh cloths until the polish lifts
