Open Settings
Tap Privacy & Security
Tap Location Services
Turn off Location Services to remove the hollow arrow everywhere
Or keep Location Services on and review apps using location
Tap an app
Select Never or While Using the App
Turn off Precise Location if needed
Check System Services under Location Services
Disable location access for services you do not want using your location
Turn off Location-Based Alerts if needed
Turn off Location-Based Suggestions if needed
Restart your iPhone if the arrow remains
Update iOS if the issue continues
